A transfer trolley is a material handling device that is used to move heavy loads within a facility or between different locations. It typically consists of a platform mounted on wheels or casters, powered by an electric motor or manual effort. We offer battery-operated trolleys consisting of long-lasting Li-ion or lead acid batteries. As compared with diesel engine trolleys, these are environmentally friendly, have quieter operation and require less maintenance. The compact design and small turning radius of our transfer trolleys allows navigation in narrow spaces. We can also provide trolleys with batteries that are compatible with fast chargers, helping the user save charging time.
Our products come equipped with features such as emergency stop, anti-collision sensors, motor overload protection etc. Both rail-mounted and battery-operated trolleys can be controlled by human-machine interface (HMI) or remote control. Trolleys can be programmed to serve multi-station travel function. The trolley table top can be customized to suit the specific application requirements. Skid prevention can be ensured with a chequered table top.
